Greg Alfano has over two decades of restoration and construction experience. He specializes in commercial and large loss management and specialty restoration. Greg’s beginnings were humble, starting as a water technician in his early 20’s, during this time he built his foundation for management and continued to grow within the industry. Alfano has a legacy of scoping, planning, and executing difficult/challenging restoration projects. Greg focuses on building partnerships with clients, carriers, and municipalities that result in best case outcomes.

Alfano’s talents for mitigation stem from his aquaculture background rooted in New Haven County and Sound School. At Sound he focused on aqua technologies & aqua biology, boat & marina restoration, maritime fabrication/customizations, and engine mechanics. He has since used those foundations to build upon his expert knowledge throughout restoration projects.

Greg maintains IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, Health & Safety,) Microbial IOT Training, Servpro Commercial Project Management while envisioning and creating innovative ways to advance mitigation and restoration processes. He regularly works on site with his TEAM to train, explore, learn, and execute. He maintains a pulse and personal connection to all projects and strives to leave a project better than he found it.

Alfano’s transition into construction has been a natural progression of years and mentorship within the restoration field.
